OUR STORY:
Founded from a passion for fitness and love of the owner’s energetic pit/boxer pup Tilly, and the incredible fitness communities he has been part of over the years, P.I.T. Fitness is more than just a gym — it’s a space built on energy, community connection, and growth.
P.I.T. Fitness was created to share the owner’s enthusiasm for cardio kickboxing, strength, and conditioning with the community he now calls home.
The goal is to inspire others to begin or continue their fitness journey and to help them transform into stronger, healthier, and more confident individuals, both physically and mentally.
At P.I.T. Fitness, we train hard, support each other, and celebrate every victory — big or small.
ABOUT THE OWNER:
My name is Eric Vazquez, a Certified ISSA Personal Trainer and Kickboxing Instructor with over 20 years of being a fitness enthusiast who’s spent over two decades training, learning, and testing what I feel works for building strength both physically and mentally. I have also been a co-founder and high school lacrosse head (JV) coach and performance coach for both JV and Varsity programs for seven (7) years in Georgetown, TX.
Over the years, I’ve explored multiple ways of athletic training from traditional strength and conditioning, sports training (lacrosse), to boxing and Muay Thai. Eventually, I finally decided to get a personal trainer certification through the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA) and then to also get certified as a Kickboxing Instructor. What started as a personal passion grew into a way to connect with others, teach what I’ve learned, and create a positive space where people can train hard and have fun doing it.
