Training Location & Facility Use

  • P.I.T. Fitness training sessions may take place at partner or shared fitness facilities, including Level 6 Fitness in Fuquay-Varina, NC, based on space availability.

  • P.I.T. Fitness LLC is not the owner or operator of these facilities and operates independently within allotted time slots. Facility layout, equipment availability, and session environment may vary.

  • P.I.T. Fitness is not responsible for the general operation, maintenance, or management of partner facilities outside of its direct training services.

Scheduling & Availability

  • All training sessions are currently offered by appointment only and are subject to limited availability.

  • At this time, sessions are primarily available during select time slots on Saturdays and Sundays, based on facility access and trainer availability. Session times are not guaranteed week-to-week and may change with reasonable notice.

  • P.I.T. Fitness reserves the right to reschedule or cancel sessions due to facility constraints, equipment availability, or unforeseen circumstances.

Class Size & Equipment Availability

  • Due to space and equipment limitations, class sizes may be limited. Available training equipment (including bags) may vary by session.

  • P.I.T. Fitness reserves the right to modify class structure, exercises, or equipment usage to maintain safety, effectiveness, and session quality.

Client Acceptance & Participation

  • Participation in P.I.T. Fitness programs is subject to trainer approval.

  • P.I.T. Fitness reserves the right to decline, suspend, or discontinue training services if participation is deemed unsafe, disruptive, or not aligned with program expectations, facility guidelines, or community standards.

Health & Medical Responsibility

  • Participants are responsible for ensuring they are medically cleared to participate in physical training activities.

  • By participating in any P.I.T. Fitness session, clients confirm that they are physically capable of engaging in exercise and agree to notify the trainer of any medical conditions, injuries, or limitations prior to training.

Assumption of Risk

  • Fitness training, including cardio kickboxing, strength training, and conditioning, involves inherent risks such as physical exertion, injury, or equipment-related incidents.

  • Participants voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation, whether known or unknown, and agree to exercise personal judgment and caution during training sessions.

Payment Policy

  • Payment is required in advance to reserve a session, class spot, or training package.

  • Memberships must be active and in good standing to participate in scheduled sessions.

  • Payments are processed securely through our online checkout system. We accept major credit and debit cards. Memberships are billed automatically every 30 days unless canceled in accordance with the membership policy.

  • By purchasing a session or membership, clients agree to the terms outlined in this Payment, Cancellation, and Membership Policy.

  • P.I.T. Fitness reserves the right to update pricing or membership rates with prior notice.

Cancellation Policy

  • Because class space and training times are limited, P.I.T. Fitness requires advance notice for cancellations.

  • Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled session to reschedule without penalty.

  • Cancellations made with less than 12 hours’ notice may result in the session being forfeited.

  • Failure to attend a scheduled session without notice is considered a no-show and the session will be forfeited.

Membership Policy:

  • Memberships are billed automatically every 30 days.

  • Each membership includes access to up to 2 classes per week.

  • Sessions must be used within the active billing period and do not roll over.

  • Memberships may be canceled at any time with 7 days’ notice prior to the next billing date.

  • To cancel, clients must notify P.I.T. Fitness directly via email or message.

  • Memberships remain active until the end of the current billing cycle after cancellation is requested.

  • Class scheduling is subject to availability and does not guarantee specific time slots.

Rescheduling

  • Sessions canceled within the allowed notice window may be rescheduled based on availability. Rescheduled sessions must be used within the original program timeframe.

Refund Policy

  • Payments for individual sessions, packages, or memberships are non-refundable once a session has been attended.

  • Refunds are not issued for missed sessions, late cancellations, or no-shows.

  • Exceptions may be considered in the case of documented medical issues or emergencies.

  • Membership fees are non-refundable once billed.

Program Interruptions

  • P.I.T. Fitness reserves the right to modify or reschedule sessions due to facility availability, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will be offered rescheduling options.

Privacy Policy

  • Personal information collected through intake forms, waivers, or scheduling tools is used solely for training, communication, and administrative purposes.

  • P.I.T. Fitness does not sell or share personal information with third parties except where required by law.

Policy Updates

  • P.I.T. Fitness reserves the right to update or modify these policies at any time. The most current version will always be available on this website.

Waiver & Release of Liability

  • All participants are required to complete and sign a Waiver & Release of Liability prior to participating in any training session.

  • Participation without a completed waiver is not permitted.
