P.I.T. Fitness — Training Waiver & Release of Liability

1. Assumption of Risk
I, the undersigned participant, understand that engaging in fitness training, kickboxing, and related activities at P.I.T. Fitness LLC may involve inherent risks, including but not limited to: slips, falls, collisions, equipment failure, physical exertion, or injury from other participants.
I voluntarily assume all risks, known and unknown, associated with participation.

2. Release of Liability
In consideration of being allowed to participate, I hereby release and discharge P.I.T. Fitness LLC, its owners, trainers, volunteers, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of any injury, illness, or damage that may occur as a result of my participation, to the fullest extent permitted by North Carolina law.

3. Hold Harmless & Indemnification
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless P.I.T. Fitness LLC, its owners and staff, against any claims, damages, or expenses that may result from my participation or my guests’ participation in training sessions.

4. Medical Acknowledgment & Emergency Care
I certify that I am physically fit to participate and have no medical condition that would prevent safe participation. In the event of injury or illness, I authorize P.I.T. Fitness LLC to obtain emergency medical treatment on my behalf and assume responsibility for related costs.

5. Media Release (Optional)
I grant permission to P.I.T. Fitness LLC to use photographs, videos, or likeness of me for marketing, promotional, or training purposes, without compensation. (Participants may strike through this clause if not granting permission.)

6. Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of North Carolina, with venue in Harnett County.

7. Severability
If any provision of this waiver is held invalid, the remainder shall continue in full force and effect.

8. Acknowledgment of Understanding
I have read this waiver and fully understand its terms. I am signing it freely and voluntarily, intending it to be a complete release of liability.
