Kickboxing Strength & Performance Training
These sessions are designed to directly support your progress in the cardio-kickboxing class by additional building the strength, mobility, balance, and endurance that will help to improve striking power, footwork, and overall performance.
Training may include targeted strength work, core development, mobility training, and conditioning drills tailored to your current fitness level and personal goals helping you to move better, hit harder, and get more out of every cardio-kickboxing session.
Whether you’re looking to build strength, refine movement mechanics, or accelerate your progress in class, this personalized approach provides focused coaching and measurable improvement.
